The family of Mosley Companies has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of new and/or renovated office, industrial and retail buildings and residential neighborhoods. We are currently working on development projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida, adding hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial and residential space to its present portfolio of assets. Mosley Companies’ long term strategic plan is to create real estate alliances in 10 - 15 major cities in the United States and in at least two international offices within the next 5 years. This aggressive goal will be accomplished by entering into Strategic Alliance Agreements with established development, construction and/or brokerage firms. We will contribute the real estate concept and software; our partners will contribute their particular experience, market presence, knowledge and potential projects. The proprietary real estate software will be made available to partners over the internet for initial analysis. After Mosley and their strategic partner contractually agree on a project, it will be jointly owned, constructed, leased and managed.
