As founder of Mosley Companies, a comprehensive family of real-estate related companies offering specialized services for residential and commercial custom building, land acquisition, finance, real estate sales and development and investment consultation, Mosley has realized well over $300 million in total volume of real estate bought, sold and built within a ten-year period.

Mosley Building Corporation has built nearly 450 custom homes, opened more than 11 communities and has been honored with numerous awards for excellence in new home construction.

Gerald is also Managing Member of Harbour Development Group, LLC, a residential and commercial property development firm specializing in waterfront projects in Florida. Their latest project in Panama City, Snug Harbour Marina, is a full-service development on a protected inlet on Watson Bayou consisting of a dry-storage facility holding upwards of 450 vessels, a boat dealership, ships store, fueling facility, waste pump station and offering elite concierge services.

Mr. Mosley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Marketing and minors in Finance and Pre-Law, and had a successful career in the US Army where he earned an Army achievement medal for overseas duty. After founding Mosley and Mosley Real Estate in the late 1990‘s, Gerald advanced to the top 2% in sales among all real estate professionals in the nation. He sold his real estate firm in 2006 to concentrate his efforts on development and construction. Mosley has served as a Board Member of the Summit County Home Builders Association, Director of the Akron Area Board of Realtors for three terms and as a Member of the Commercial/Industrial Forum. He also holds a Life Membership in The National Registry of Who’s Who, which recognizes the significant accomplishments of professionals who give exemplary service to their community and profession.
